Year In Numbers

Robin Hood is the largest private funder of programs improving the lives of New York City’s 1.8 million residents struggling in poverty.

For 26 years, Robin Hood has been on the front lines of poverty in New York City. Today, thanks to the support of generous donors, we are the city’s largest private funder of food, housing and job training programs. Equally important, Robin Hood serves as New York City’s most effective incubator of ideas to improve standards of living and alleviate poverty.

The year was a milestone not just because of the dollars we raised but because of how we put those dollars to work. Thanks to an incredible effort by our team, we responded to crises, anticipated needs and innovated to help our neighbors in need. We partnered with the best, created initiatives to find inventive and cost-effective solutions, and shared what we learned with others.

Nothing would be possible without our supporters.
When our neighbors were desperate for support,
you were there to help.

Our funding improves the health of more than
55,000 low-income individuals each year.
